Sushi Bake


A deconstructed version of the original Japanese rolled Sushi and baked into a casserole.
Layer of sushi rice and creamy toppings with mango,cucumber and kani.
Topped with more mango, cucumber and kani and drizzled with mayo and sriracha!
You scoop it up into crispy sheets of roasted seaweed.



Sushi Rice – cooked rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt

Toppings – cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha, salt, mangoes, cucumber, kani, furikake seasoning
